Payment Policy

For reservations made from the 20th of December up to the 19th of January, a 50% non refundable deposit is required to confirm, with the balance to be paid 45 days prior to arrival. The hotel will not be liable to honor and confirm any bookings where the payment has not been made as indicated above.

During the rest of the year 50% will be charged upon booking confirmation and the balance payment is to be made 30 days prior.

Cancellation Policy

If canceled within 14 days prior to arrival, the full amount will be charged.
